Service was good and the food was good! The restaurant had a clean and spacious vibe. Parking in the area is pretty bad but you can find some lots a few blocks away. I really liked the long version of the potsticker and the Peking duck was good too!

I have been to the main Z & Y restaurant many times and love it, so it was only a matter of time before trying the Z & Y Peking Duck restaurant. The Dan Dan noodles were some of the best I've had in SF. The noodles were the perfect texture and it just the right amount of sauce. The sauce had that signature tingly spice, which was so good. The XLB were also very juicy and flavorful. Obviously, as the name implies, you must try Peking duck here. They have in the thin wrap style here as opposed to the more doughy bun. I don't have a strong preference but some people do, so just fyi. The half duck is big enough for 2-3 people, if you have more then I would suggest getting the full duck. The duck was not overly greasy like at a lot of other places.

Got to try this Chinatown gem with a friend visiting from out of town and it didn't disappoint! As you can imagine from the name, they're known for their Peking duck, which is prepared fresh daily and is the most popular dish for good reason. Prepare to make a reservation ahead of time if you want to be guaranteed a try of the duck. We dined here on an early Friday evening and luckily made a reservation ahead of time. By 6 the restaurant was fully packed. The duck set comes with duck neck, the traditionally sliced meat separated from the skin, tortillas, sauce, chives, and duck soup. Overall everything was fresh and tender, and we particularly enjoyed the nice crispy duck skin. We tried their cucumber salad and Dan Dan noodles, which were both tasty but the standout was definitely the duck. They also have homemade plum juice that was quite refreshing (complimentary if you leave a review). The service was top notch as our server was very friendly and helpful, even mixing our Dan Dan noodles for us and allowing us to film it. He was present without being overbearing, and overall the vibes of this restaurant were classy without being cold. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and would come back to try more dishes!

Stanley is an absolute legend! Made me feel right at home! The food was beyond stellar. You MUST get the lamb and the duck (make sure you preorder hehe).
